Setting the Benchmark for the Future of AI & Apps

Snowflake World Tour 2025 in Hyderabad wasn’t designed as a routine stop on a global calendar. It was built as a statement, a moment where India’s data and enterprise leaders could experience what the future of AI and applications actually feels like.

Hosted at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre, the event brought together CXOs, data leaders, and practitioners for a day that balanced scale with intent. The focus wasn’t on more information, but on sharper relevance, clearer direction, and real momentum.

This was Snowflake showing up as a catalyst, with Younion shaping how that presence came to life.

The Idea

Snowflake’s global theme, “Step into the Future of AI & Apps,” set the direction. But Hyderabad demanded more than replication.

India’s enterprise landscape is defined by scale, complexity, and speed, from GCCs to regulated industries moving rapidly from data maturity to AI ambition. A standard world tour format wouldn’t land.

Our role was to reimagine the experience, making it immersive, intuitive, and locally grounded. One where leaders could clearly see how Snowflake fits into their business reality, not just their roadmap.

What We Delivered

We designed Snowflake World Tour Hyderabad as a connected ecosystem, where stage, space, content, and engagement worked as one.

Stage & Experience Design

The main stage broke convention. There was no riser, no separation. All visual impact lived directly on the stage through a large-scale, integrated LED setup.

Speakers stood within the story, not above it. The result was immediate immersion, confident, modern, and aligned with Snowflake’s philosophy of seamless scale.

Engagement Zones that Made the Brand Experiential

The engagement area translated Snowflake’s capabilities into intuitive, physical experiences — not distractions, but metaphors.

Collecting Data That Packs a Punch
A Pac-Man–inspired activation that turned attendees into data navigators, moving through complexity with speed and precision.

Pedal Up to Power: Data, AI & Apps
A kinetic installation where pedalling revealed content and branding, a clear metaphor for how Snowflake powers data, AI, and applications.

Snowflake Snow Globe
A foam-driven snowfall installation that delivered pause, delight, and instant brand recall.

Charge. Chill. Connect.
A Snowflake-shaped Chill-Out Zone at the heart of the space, designed for recharging devices, conversations, and ideas.

Together, these moments reset expectations and established a new experiential benchmark for the World Tour across the region.
